MILLARWORLD AUCTION: LOST AND BUFFY GOODS FOR GRABS

It's Monday, so it's time for a MIllarworld Monday Auction. You knhow the drill - hot items you can't get elsewhere, or signed by cool folks who know how to write their names - not just cool words in scripts and stuff.

Up for bid this week:

AUCTION ONE: WIN SIGNED 'LOST' PILOT PLUS OTHER COOL STUFF

Not one, but TWO LOST box-sets are up for grabs here, signed by co-creators JJ Abrams (Alias, MI3) and Damon Lindelof (Ultimate Hulk Versus Wolverine). Also signed and available for this auction is the full script for the LOST pilot episode plus a rare, collectors' item crew hat available only to people working on LOST Season One. This is a must have for any Lost fans and available only as a single lot.

AUCTION TWO: WIN SIGNED 'BUFFY' STUFF BY WHEDON AND HANNIGAN!

This is the coolest thing a Buffy Fan could ever hope to have. A CHOSEN DVD BOX SET ( collecting every season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and valued at 250 bucks) signed by Joss Whedon himself. Plus the script for the classic Buffy episode "Once More With Feeling" signed by Joss and Buffy star Alison Hannigan. To be honest, it really doesn't get much better than that.

"And remember, even if these auctions end up too rich for you, it's still possible to help by posting the details on as many websites as you can think of," Millar added. This should be all over the Lost and Buffy boards and the more places you post this the more cash we can raise."

I'm not sure why they didn't separate the Buffy stuff into two separate lots.

I don't watch that Buffy show but my friend loves it. I'm gonna see if he wants to bid on it. Good to see these auctions going on on a regular basis, nice job.

they don't want to devide their bidders on too many items. More buyers + fewer items = higher end price.

Is this to support some charity? It sounds like it's supposed to, but I can't find any info.

Yes, it's connected to this:

Matt, as I said in PM to you, the charity blurb needs to be in each Monday post. If you want us (readers) to spread the message, we have to be able to easily say what it is all about.
