Why not? We'll make this list so big no one will be able to make another list without coming here.

I love that song.

Apart from Batman there were two Challenge specials with Adam West as Batman and other live action DC characters (Mordru on a jet-ski!!!)

Also Aquaman had a cartoon series in the 60's that he shared with Superman.

MAD TV. The only reason why I think this one counts is because they adapted Don Martin comics as well as Spy Versus Spy within the show as cartoon segments...

And arguably, the movie and TV spoofs fall in line with Mad Magazine.

Tales from the Crypt:
As a live action property...

As an animated cartoon...

(Tales from the Cryptkeeper)

And you can also add the Tales From the Crypt movies to your movie list.

Both were originally EC Comics properties, but I believe they have since become seperate licences with Mad being acquired by Warner and now falling under the DC umbrella.

There was a Shazam cartoon in1981.

The live action Isis series paired with the live action Shazam series would NOT count because the TV series came first and I believe DC adapted that to a comic book.

A note for this section... the Green Hornet TV series should not count because it was originally a Radio Drama.

Archie had quite a few TV adaptations...

We have the animated Archie show from the late sixties/early seventies

Captain America. TV Pilot/miniseries. seventies.

I'm not sure if this belongs in the TV or the Movie thread. It was originally a Tv miniseries, but I believe it's been released as two movies on home video.

His unbreakable shield was made of clear plexiglass.
