THOR: AGES OF THUNDER #1 SELLS OUT, 2nd PRINT COMING

Press Release
Marvel is pleased to announce that the critically-acclaimed Thor: Ages Of Thunder has sold out at Diamond (though copies may be available at the retail level)! To meet the overwhelming demand for the story of Thor’s fall from grace, Marvel is going back to press with Thor: Ages Of Thunder Second Printing Variant, as Patrick Zircher’s stunning interior art graces the front cover. Written by Eisner-nominate, Eagle Award-winning scribe Matt Fraction and gorgeously rendered by Zircher, this is the Thor book that fans and critics agree is a must-read! IGN.Com declared the issue a must-read, exclaiming, “This is one fantastic comic and any self-respecting Thor fan should throw it in their weekly pile… Zircher's work is spectacular”

“All of us here on Team: THOR - AGES OF THUNDER are pleased as punch to discover that America enjoys the sight of Ice Giants getting brained with giant hammers as much as we do,” said Fraction. “We look forward to carrying that momentum forward through this upcoming time of transition, where we will continue to deliver the big hammer brainings America demands under the new guise of Team: THOR - REIGN OF BLOOD. Thank you.”

Marvel urges retailers to check their orders on Thor: Reign Of Blood, as the team of Fraction & Zircher continue to generate rave reviews from all corners and reveal an important part of Thor’s history!
