One of his best. I actually prefer his pencils to his paintings.

Forza Italia!

Dell'Otto consistantly blows me away.

He draws the baddest Dr. Strange IMO.

Dell'otto needs to do some interior work.
Secret War was worth the delays with his killer art.

and lets get a giant Marvel Universe poster going too.
I want to see him draw everything...all at once.

A Marvel Universe Poster sounds great, or perhaps a Marvel Cosmic poster? Featuring every single marvel-character associated with Space.

I'm not so sure about interiors tho... he's obviosly not quite meant for that kind of work, he's a bit like Granov in that respect. He's a great artist, just maybe not meant for a sequential story.

Maybe something like an illustrated novel instead? Every page is one single illustration, with text underneath and above each illustration. Maybe one of those each year.

Very, very nice pencils...

BUT

why am I NOT surprised...yet another "non-Wolverine" title featuring...Wolverine on the cover (as I'm sure he'll be the central character in the overall storyline as well). He has got to be the most overused character of all time. I don't have a problem with Wolverive as a character, just the way he's regularly "pimped" out. He's makes some type of appearance in at least 5 MARVEL titles a month.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if he was on the cover of Final Crisis, issue 3.

Nice art, though the fact that the middle claw is significantly longer than the others is a bit odd. Really nice pencils though.

Certainly better than Turner's version revealed previously. But I am SO over Wolverine in any way, shape, and form - he needs to go into hiatus (permanently IMO).

Cheers

Talk about being desperate to try and get retailers to order this book....
Remember the days when good storytelling and art used to sell books, instead of multiple covers!
Like it's really worth ordering 75 copies of this garbage just to receive one Michael Turner Sketch Cover.
And hey...if you order 800 copies, Marvel will even throw in 2 free Turner Covers...the fact you've gone bust buying crap you'll never sell is besides the point.

Ive lost a lot of faith with Marvel over this past year, mainly because of the mess that was BND. However i really feel the there's nothing like the Ultimate Universe. Although i felt USM went a little boring. In general the Ultimate Universe delivers. So i'll be picking this up for sure. The cover looks awesome! Especially the Final Crisis crossover . I tell ya that Wolverine gets everywhere 'e does.
