Heh, I love Dracula. Buffy vs. Dracula is one of my favourite Buffy episodes, so I'm glad to have him back, especially with slave Xander.

I kinda hope this arc will get rid of the Slayer Army thing, Buffy's gotten too big, I preferred her small scale...with the occasional apocalypse.

Oh and I know I'm some kind of evil internet scum for doing this but: Yay! I've never gotten a first post before...sorry...

Buffy the Vampire Hunter?

And after that we'll read Anita Blake, Vampire Killer.

And then watch Jesus Christ, Vampire Slayer.

Come on now.

Actually, Sassypants, I think it's a reference to Gary Oldman in the Coppola version of Dracula from 1992.

I actually like the comic version of Dracula more than the one who appeared in the show. It's just a lot funnier to see them playing up the kind of diva-like qualities.

Okay...Giant Dawn trampling Tokyo, Godzilla-style?

Best thing ever.

Not Johnny Depp. Gary Oldman in Bram Stroker's Dracula:

Homage or copycat. You decide.

Dracula was in a miniseries that took place throughout varying points in Buffy/Angel continuity about a year ago in Spike vs Dracula by IDW written by Peter David. Very well done, though nto quite the same voice as Joss brings to the character.

Just when you didn't think Buffy Season 8 could get better!

Each arc tops the next IMHO. Looking forward to the appearance of Fray.

No, there isn't. His point is that it is actually called Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter.

I'm so glad Drac's back.

I loved the Dracula/Xander dynamic before in the show and it's even better now in print.

Don't bash yourself up too much, I thought the exact same thing when I saw it.
