Please tell me that Fury is not sleeping with Maria Hill or Quake.
Also I hope there are more Skrull reveals. Every one since Elektra has been broadcast or underwhelming.

It's both. Quake is the one on the page with Wolverine, Maria is the one in her undies.

I don't understand how Spider-Woman's in there, either. Maybe Nick's not actually watching the end of Secret War, maybe it's a simulation of how he'd do against those darned Skrulls.
...or maybe Maleev just made a mistake. It happens.

Maleev doesn't disappoint. Looks like I'll have to get Bendis/Maleev's Spider-Woman.

They need to change that to Sue Storm because Jessica definitely wasn't there. I just read the Spider-Woman Civil War issue and Fury called her after the Secret War and told her he's going off the grid. She was in Europe or something.

Damn, this is awesome, I didn't think we were going to see Fury until the middle of SI. I'm loving this. Not to mention, Marvel is actually acknowledging Daisy Johnson again! (I loved it when she thought Cap was inviting her into New Avengers. "Call me Quake".)
Also, is it just me, or was 'girl getting out of bed' Maria Hill, rather than Daisy, and Fury was scoping out her computer before utilizing an awesome super-spy parachute off the helicarrier? Johnson and Hill look so damn similar. =/.

That's partially true. But part of the confusion also has to do with the way characters are now designed.
Older, Stan Lee-era characters all have very cartoonish, but instantly recognizable features that makes them easy to identify even if they don't have or aren't wearing a costume: JJJ's Hitler moustache, Fury's eye patch, Dum Dum's dumb hat, Gwen's ultra blond hair, Peter's one curl, etc. It didn't matter if Ditko's JJJ looked different from Romita's JJJ, because that stupid moustache and weird brush cut signaled to readers who it was in each panel.
Often, characters today aren't designed with the same identifying features, which makes it harder for artists to make clear who the characters are without uniforms or text.
