BROOKLYN COMIC WRITER'S WORKSHOP ANNOUNCES MONTHLY MEETINGS
Press Release
Writing is a solitary occupation. Day in and day out, you sit in front of your computer, typing something that you hope makes even a remote bit of sense. Wouldn't it be nice to have a sounding board – a group of professional colleagues who can help shape your plots, scripts, and pitches into something more?
Well, if you live in the New York City area, you're in luck. THE BROOKLYN COMIC WRITER'S WORKSHOP is here to help. Once a month, fellow professionals meet in person to help you critique your pitches, outlines, or scripts. Here, you can enjoy great food and great company while networking with other writers, editors, and creators.
"The workshop format is common practice in the world of professional writing. It provides a great forum for experienced writers to hone their skills – while other writers evaluate, review, and discuss the work. I'm elated that a diverse group of talented pros have come together in the spirit of honing their craft and making better comics," said founder David Gallaher.
If you are interested in attending future workshops and live in the New York City area, please contact David Gallaher at David.Gallaher@gmail.com or visit us online at:

Attendance is free.
