As someone who didn't even read Annhilation (or even the Nova mini-series portion) I have to recommend this book highly to anyone reads this post. It's just excellent. I hate the Initiative and Back in Black and all that, but I gave this book a shot for the hell of it and it's sci-fi comics done right. Sean Chen's art is just a joy, and perfect for this title (I hope it's not one of those six issues and done deals) and while Abnett and Lanning don't usually stand out to me this book is a fantastic fit.

What is it with Rich and girls with blue skin?? Of course they have all been HOT as hell so I really just want to give him props on being a cosmic playa!

So, is she the first new member of the Corps or some sort of usurper? I look forward to finding out.

I'm not a huge fan of this cover though. The proportions are really weird, the plus the armor and the face look like they were drawn by two different artists.

neither do lanterns. if you read the book, you'd know lanterns are no longer vulnerable to the color yellow.
