HUMBERTO RAMOS!!! he was the only reason i picked up Spectacular Spiderman. i like the grainy coloring. this looks cool. i hope people give this a chance instead of sticking to just Marvel's House of M or DC's Countdown to Infinite Crisis

The concept looks really cool and Humberto is a great artist, my only problem is I feel cheated that Out There was so late that I lost all interest. I just fear this might be the same and that I will be best served to wait for the trade on it (god I hate saying that).

Thumbs up Definitely Hooked up!

I already placed order for the mini-series since I was starved for reading the mystery, suspenses and conspiracies from Image's Rex Mundi (on haitus? or cancelled? Because Eric J leaving the book??) and made me to enjoy the dark entertainment on Dan Brown's Angels & Demons and then, The Da Vinci Code.

Give the book an opportunity to entertain... we are not under a knife to buy them.

Out There? so late? as i recall Humberto has always been regular in his schedule... i should know, i was the colorist.

Revelations looks awesome, and knowing Humberto, i bet he has the whole series already done before even announcing a preview.

trust the man

Not sure if I'll pick this up . . .

Jenkins is a quality writer and I've been a HUGE fan of well . . . some of Humberto Ramos' work. I loved his Impulse run - man, that was great fun and perfect art for Waid's writing of the ADHD Speedster. And Ramos' work for the "Youth Gone Wild" Young Justice 2-parter intro into the series was absolutely phenomenal!

Other than that, I haven't been so fond of Humberto's other work - Crimson, Out There - both were darker and didn't seem to use his strengths as an artist - fun, energetic art. But I was probably more turned off by the violent stories more than that.

This looks neat, but I'll wait to see the next Humberto Ramos project.

Damn. This does look pretty cool. It actually took a little while for Humberto's style to grow on me, but once it did, Crimson became one of my favorite books. I was getting Out There for a while, but sadly had to get out of collecting most comice for a while around issue. . . 12 or so. Definitely going to check this one out now.

also, does anyone know how many issues of out there there are um. . . out there? i was looking online and googling and so forth, and can not get an answer on how many issues that series ended up being.
Thanks to any/all who can help me out.

(small note to Edgar Delgado; thought that your coloring and humberto's are made one hell of a bad-ass combo)

Out There had 18 issues before it was cancelled. Issue 18 finishes with somewhat of a cliffhanger ending....luckily it's not on the same scale as the Sojourn level cliffhanger though or any of the Awesome Comic or Gorilla Comic cliffhangers......damn I hate it when comics are cancelled without tying up loose ends.

REVELATIONS looks really good, and I'm no Ramos fan by any stretch of the imagination.

I may be now.

Ramos generated a fan when he was the only person at the Cliffhanger imprint to be able to put out a book on time. Didn't hurt that Crimson rocked either. I'll pick this up, looks sweet.

Yeah, 10 pages of a new concept are way better than the decades of reading enjoyment provided by the other companies. Oh, and Segways are going to totally take over everyday transportation, I'm going to buy stock now!

Hmm, i don't really like it. Maybe it's the whole painty smeary blurry style, but it just doesn't do it for me. Nice to see a Ramos book again though.

Ok, I'm officially glad I preordered this.

I loved every page of Crimson. Ordering this should have been a no-brainer for me based on that fact.

HUMBERTO RAMOS is the reason I put my name down for this too. I LOVED CRIMSON and I couldn't wait to see more of his stuf. The art looks simply amazing, so I hope the story matches it.

I love Jenkins' work. I was bummed that he left Spectular. Humberto is great as well. Congrats to the two of them.

Anybody know what happened to Jenkins' book "The Agency"?

I never realized it was cancelled until now. I went to issue 16 and then didn't get the last two, I wanted to get them but never did because I just thought it was really really late.

I cant believe there are so many other Crimson fans out there! wooo hooo!!!!! I too got hooked on crimson ever since he was the only guy to keep his cliffhanger comic going. i jumped on the cliffhanger bandwagon because of maudureira(spelt right?) but then i fell in love with ramos.

Revelations looks awesome. The coloring makes ramos' art look like somthing i would put up on my wall. I dont doubt jenkins ability to tell a good story.

Lets hope this comic give both of them a chance at the hot seat in the industry!

and who here would want to see a crimson movie? I think it would make an awesome idea for a flick.

Revelations music theme!

Hey there guys just to put a quick note about Ramos...

He is gonna be at the San Diego's comic-con having autographs at the Dark Horse Booth on thursday Thursday from 3 to 4:30 he will be signing.

Also Humberto will have a table at the small press area selling copies of his sketchbook and an interesting Revelations item we worked for you: The Music Theme in single form!

Hope you enjoy all of this, and keep those posts to know how are your feelings about this series!

Ramos is back and this looks marvellous. Loved him in Impulse. And had a hard time following his Crimson. I ended up buying the TPBs. Unfortunately there were issues within that looked rush.

And his Out There was spotty at best. Same goes for Spidey.

But this looks like he is back on top form.
