Ok, I can't help but ask. What exactly happened with Stormbreaker? It was so awesome, the art just gorgeous, the story was going great, then that last issue happened. It was totally out of left field. :)

Well, I wanted to ground him more into the Marvel U at the time, this was my best shot:) In hindsight, I just didnt handle it right. I like the human angle, but the way I went about it was really out of place, right?

Honestly, I thought it was an editorial mandate. It was such a curve that I think most people that really enjoyed the story (that I"ve talked to anyway) were just kind of like, "what happened here?"

I think grounding him in the MU is a good idea, but yeah, it did seem a little out of place in this story. It shoulda been another mini, because more Oeming and Di Vito woulda rocked! :)

Edit - On a side note, I totally respect you even more (not that I didn't before) for admitting that maybe it wasn't handled the best either. Cliche, I know, but it really does take a man to say, that was wrong or, that wasn't handled the best I could've. Cross Bronx rocks though. :)
