Anyone else reading this awesome series? Honestly, I was always a bit hesitant about picking up this series, despite the concept sounding extremely cool, because I was a bit apprehensive about the artwork. Just wasn't my cup of tea. I finally gave it a shot, and man, I am hooked. Not due to the artwork, althought it has grown on me, but because of the superb writing. The writer's prose and dialogue is perfectly worded and put together, IMO.

Anyways, onto the point of this thread.

Does ANYONE have ANY idea when issue 8 is coming out? I know the trade came out a while ago, and # 7 is available, but it just seems like its been forever since the last issue.

It was solicited for February, I think. So, obviously, it's a tad bit late. As for if it's been cancelled and re-solicited? I don't know. Check the Mercury Comics website.

I was going to drop it at issue six, but stayed on because issue six was so damn good. I don't know when eight is coming out.

I picked up the first batch of issues at the New York Comic-Con last winter, but haven't gotten around to reading them yet. I guess I'd better get around to it sooner or later.

I actually (generally) like the art but hate the writing. Mostly I am digging the plot and concept.
