We're still stuck on page 50.

Yea, I found it odd there was no new page yesterday after it was plugged on the main news frontpage. And none today as of yet either.

Yeah it's sorta annoying. I'm really intrigued by this Powers story so it's sorta frustrating that I can't read beyond page 50. Where's the explanation? The "experiencing technical difficulties" blah de bloom? I wait here.

Hey - sorry about the stall! I am on vacation for 2 days in Seattle with family. The series resumes next week! In the meantime, you've got 50 pages to check out!

Wow...the free daily presentation of POWERS stops without notice when one person goes absent or on vacation? Allllllrighty then... :p
Edit: By the way...if I hadn't already read all 50 pages over the last 50 updates, I wouldn't be wondering where the next page was. The archive dropdown menu no longer features dates...just page numbers...

If you can't wait for the next page you could always, I don't know... buy the book? :p
Big fan of Powers since the start so I only checked out the first few Powers daily strips.

Yeah...problem is...I'm not already a Powers fan, I haven't seen enough in 50 pages to tell me I really want to buy a TPB of the whole thing, and it seems kind of silly that one person on vacation means that an advertised daily perk of a site covered in EW doesn't get updated. Especially since it was advertised on the front page when the feature wasn't getting updated. I mean, it is possible to have the pages already loaded and ready to be activated.
I understand that you're a big fan, but please...in the future...when someone doesn't deliver on what they advertise they are going to do...don't try to put the onus on the person looking for delivery on those promised updates, k? :D

Hey, you can complain about something you're getting for free just the same as I can comment (I’m not being insulting or anything right?) on it as this is an open forum, k? :D
It just sounded like you were into it enough to buy the tpb if you were upset when they missed a few. :)

Nah, you weren't being insulting. Sorry if I came off the wrong way.
Right now, I'm into it enough for it to be one of my favorite ways to pass some time at work during my lunch hours. :) I buy so much right now that I've raised the bar on what it takes to rate a TPB purchase. I always lament to Sam at MacGuffin (http://macguffinalley.blogspot.com) that there is just too darned much great stuff to buy. :D

Hey folks -
I am once more really sorry that this delay took place, sometimes family must take precendent, however in the future when I have a situation arise where I must step away from my daily duties on POWERS & Kabuki I'm going to pre-load the number of pages that are affected! This is the first time we're doing this and we're (me especially) learning as we go! That said, your daily visits are making this a great success and well worth my time and effort!
The new page is up...thanks for reading!

No more dates because dates pages are actually posted can change! For me to do this means preformatting several pages at a time, and I can't afford the time to be REFORMATING due to a schedule change, etc. It seemed faily unnecessary anyway, the page is important, not necesarily the day it went up!
Keep READING and thank you for your comments.

Tim,
It is completely understandable that family comes first. Sorry to give so much grief for missing a free product. Hope the vacation was a good one. :)

Right on, no worries at all. I would have asked the same question - WHERE'S THE PAGE!?! That said, I would seriously encouage you to try out a trade or two of POWERS! You can't go wrong as the overall story just keeps amping up and up and up. By the time you get to the arc FOREVER, you get one of the most epic origin tales ever. Really, it is cinematic in presentation, scope, and characterization. You will not be disappointed, at least I was not.
