Although the lack of replies to the previous Spike Asylum threads leaves me to think that I'm the only one really excited about this book I could be wrong. Therefore for all you Spike lovers, who I know are out there, you can read an article about the new Spike Asylim mini-series over at Comic Book Resources (http://www.comicbookresources.com/news/newsitem.cgi?id=8472).

I'm wicked excited about Spike: Asylum; in fact I'm about to read my copy right now.

I just read it today and in my opinion, based in the first issue, its going to the best Angel/Spike min fdrom IDW yet. You can tell it's written by a fan of the verse.

Yeah you can. I loved the "Quiet Please" poster with one of the Gentlemen on it. I also like the ad for Mosaic "Where mutant enemies learn to be mutant friends" Funny stuff.

Brian Lynch (Spike Asylum writer) just posted on his Myspace (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=335358) page to say that due to a "wonky printer schedule" Spike Asylum #2 will be out next week instead of in two weeks.
Best news I've heard all day. :)
