It'll be out in less than a month. Are you going to get it? Vote and then post your reasons to buy it / not buy it!

I've been looking forward to it like crazy. Hell yes, I will buy it. If it's good enough, I may get the trade also.

Probably. I get it now, I'll get it then.Same here. I'm not excited about it in a "Hell, Yes!" manner, but that was the only yes option.

Since the premise of the story sounds so interesting, I'm getting it and starting my venture into Action Comics.

Because of Adam Kubert, I am buying my first new Superman comic next month. If he doesn't impress, I'll drop it.

I unfortunately bought all of "For Tomorrow" as it came out, so why stop now? ;)

i never understood that. why get the trade on top of the issues? with dc trades, there's usually never anything special in the trades. what's the point?

don't plan on it, but won't know or certain until I see more. For me: 90% - won't buy it. 10% - buy it in trade.

Where's the option for yes? Hell yes seems a little extreme.

I've been getting this title for years, it would have to suddenly go all Hawkgirl on us for me to drop it.

I'm really looking forward to their run. Johns is a great writer and Donner is responsible for the best Superman movie.

Not a huge Superman fan, even less of a Kubert fan. So, no.

Look at all the cynicism...
I would have said HELL YES even if hell yes wasn't an official option. This book is going to own.

I'll buy anything Geoff Johns does for DC. That guy's awesome.

I'll ditto MoneyMelon's "anything by Johns" sentiment.
And Rucka, too, for good measure.

Yeah, probably more for Kubert than Johns or Donner, from the solits, it already seems that Johns has fallen back to his old 'revamp the villains!' schtick, which I'm tired of.
But Donner's Superman movies were good, so who knows

If anybody needs a villain revamp, it's Superman

It just seems to me that Geoff Johns doesn't actually like the heroes at all

I totally disagree. Maybe his writing just isn't your thing.

Fu<aa>ck yeah I'm getting it. Honestly, I buy Action Comics regardless of the creative team, but I am so excited for this run.

Agreed. Over the last few years quite a few writers have come onto the Superman books and tried to create all new villians or use guys like Luthor and Brainiac. My hope is that Johns uses a lot of already existing Superman villians, instead of creating new ones.

I'll get it, I'm excited for it however, it's going to have to be hella-good to beat the current Action run which is just out of the world quality.

Superman is one of the best characters in comics today. Alot better than he was a couple years ago. I have faith in Donner and Johns. I've been on board for a while and I'm going to stay on board until they change Supes' morals.

I have been waiting what seems a life time for Geoff Johns to work on a monthly Superman comic, I could really care less about Donner. And having one of the Kuberts working on Superman was a wish that I thought would never come true!! I couldn't be more pleased with this creative team line-up!

I'll be buying like I do every month, despite Kubert's lame artwork.

Definately picking it up. I was getting kinda sick of Johns' work and thought that after IC, he'd be done for...but His Post-Crisis stuff has really impressed me. Plus, it looks like they have an interesting story to tell. Can't wait! :D
