Clue about mystery new member of the BoP

If you look at the cover to issue #100, the girl to the right of Babs, the blonde in the red and yellow, her mask matches the mask of the headshot on the cover of #101, anyone know who she is?

Its kinda new character. There has been a few male versions but this female version as far as I know was created for Kingdom Come. Looks like the last one didnt survive Infinite Crisis.

It seems every team book at the moment is doing this whole "photo" thing picking new members... Justice League #1 has the Trinity leafing through loads of photos and voting, the cover to Justice Society #1 has PowerGirl and Mr Terrific doing the same thing, Teen Titans featured Raven's scrapbook of lost members photos, and new Oracle has her photo collection out picking new opperatives... everyone must have a big stack of photos lying around their HQ's these days!

I beg to differ sir! I have known at least five women in my lifetime that were in wheelchairs and they were gorgeous! And by the way, you should be ashamed!

And yeah, whatever new characters they add to BOP, as long as Ms. Simone is writing it, BOP is gonna be great!
