I've had an ok time everytime I've gone to the Big Apple Con, but it's so stuffy and tight in there, it's hard to really enjoy yourself. The only benefit is that it's a smaller con that brings in big names (like Jim Lee, last year), and it's easier to interact with them there then it is at the bigger cons (San Diego, for example).

I'm tempted to go just to meet all the old school wrestlers! :)

Ditto!

I outgrew wrestling a long time ago, but THESE were the guys who were around when I used to watch it. Afa & Sika and the Iron Shiek (and a certain ex-Minnesota Governor) used to provide TONS of laughs for my buddies and I. Just over the top, wholesome goofiness/fun. Ah, good times, good times. :D

Rocky Johnson is the father of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, correct?

Yes. Was a fun wrestler to watch when I was growing up.
