"It's his fault" on rip hunter's wall, the "it's" refers to skeets, the "his" refers to Booster.

And? Nothing more to elaborate on except a vague idea?

It's a nice idea. But here's another theory..... The Booster Gold responsible for the temporal changes doesn't exist yet. We saw Skeets tell Booster's ancestor to give him a call and the week nineteen cover tends to suggest that the guy will become the new Booster Gold. I'm wondering if its this Booster that all that graffiti in Rip Hunter's lab was referring to. No idea what he'll do, though....

Some brainstorms (more like thoughtsprinkles)
-Sue Dibny is resurrected, but Ralph ends up dying
-Booster Gold wasn't really from the future; he was brainwashed by T.O. Morrow & Skeets to *think* he was
-Black Adam will be absorbed into the Rock of Eternity
-The Metal Men will triumphantly return and further prove their coolness

He's going to die, that's what he's going to do. Then real Booster will never be born and we'll have our broken time.

"It's his fault", my current (and 100% wrong) theory -
Skeet creates the new Booster and this screws up time, because Michael NEVER becomes Booster Gold or knows what should happen and does not die in the 21st century if he returns as Booster and creates another paradox.

Oooo... I LIKE that. I like that almost as much as I liked that theory that Steel's niece really died during the crisis, and that he'd just been going crazy and hallucinating her.
Further to the point of the idea that Skeets creates a paradox by creating a new Booster, what if the costume that Booster finds in the museum thousands of years later IS the suit he travelled back in time with and was just left there and put in a superhero museum?
THE SUIT IS THE PARADOX, my friends.

That'd kind of suck for me since I'm just starting to get into some of the Black Adam storylines

New thought - when in interviews they say one of the space characters may not be coming back, that doesn't mean they're going to die. They may just remain in space or on another world. We know Adam Strange returns to earth most definately due to Brave and the Bold. That leaves Animal Man and Starfire. My money would be on the latter remaining in space, though I could see it happening for metatextual reasons with animal man.

i'm a damn nut, but i woke up 15 minutes ago thinking about 52. God, i've got to get a life.
but here was my thinking: on all the threads i read, it is certainly acknowledged that 52 seconds have been taken.
but i think we need to use the internet for rampant speculation to really focus about who could've taken them.
what being/group/entity is smart enough, powerful enough, and aware enough to take 52 seconds in an emerging universe? what did he/they do with them? why did he/they take them? how did that being take them?
see, i think that the scope of that, the full impact of that, is huge. who in the world could steal 52 seconds?

Given McDuffie's hints on the future of Firestorm and the disappearences of Earth's greatest scientists we're looking at Darkseid's final move to bring about the future that we see in Rock of Ages... Also this church is a big something. I'd say the Church/Scientist thing gets resolved by 52s end, but there is enough left over to lead into 'Darkseid VS The Matter-Universe' in '07-'08.
Now onto the 52 seconds... I don't want to know because I want the answer to blow my mind.

Two words - Grant Morrison.

Or, possibly, the Monitors? They're a wildcard in all this so far. On the other hand, regarding Darkseid, he was oddly quiet during the whole Infinite Crisis, perhaps for this very purpose.

The whole Infinite Crisis and 52 shtick is the result of Martian Manhunter being overtaken by a whole garden of Black Mercy plants (and him projecting his hallucinations over the entire DCU). :D

I like that too. What if she comes back evil and killed him. Would that be the moment 52 jumped the shark? :p

Yup, just like they did with Nora Friez when they turned her into Lazura (in the Batgirl series). Wotta f'in lame move was that!
Almost as bad as what TPTB at DC ended up doing to Cassandra (Batgirl).

Seriously.. how much would that crap on Identity Crisis if
1) Sue did come back
and
2) She came back evil
and
3) She killed Ralph
That would turn me off to DC forever, and I never thought I would be one of those kind of fans. But its all me speculating, it would never happen.
or would it.

questions that need answering
why did booster hire that schub to fake a crime? skeets had all the info (even if it was off a bit)
in fact, i'm getting suspicious of skeets. things started to go bad after he went off line
and where did booster's money go? why did the cheque bounce?
and who will dc kill in the next mega crossover? they're running out of minor characters people actually care about

Any possibility that this Skeets is in fact Hardac (or a future version of his) from BTAS? :D
The old Skeets could have undergone a change with the whole Crisis Wave.

Booster's check bounced because he had all his money on that stock that fell when Akteon-Holt was closed by the SEC in Week 3 ....
