They were just there for a single mission. They are still going about their regular lives and patrolling all the other places on the planet(and probably their sector too).

Green Lantern (Guy) - somewhere in space
Technically Oa I believe.

Black Canary - China? I think??
She only arrives there(and I think it is supposed to be North Korea) at the begining of the Birds of Prey OYL arc, so she would only get there at the last weeks of 52 at the earliest.

Dr. Fate - unknown
Technically he is dead. There will be a new one soon though I believe.

Dr. Midnight - unknown
He was running Saint Camilus(a hospitol).

Atom Smasher- Khandaq (?)
Last we saw him he was in a US jail I believe.

Nightwing - unknown
Robin - unknown
Off with Batman.

Supergirl - somewhere in space
Probably shifted off to the future actually.

Beast Boy - unknown, supposedly with the Doom Patrol
At some point he will join them, but at the moment he is with the Titans.

Based on dialogue in SG&TLSH I think you're right that immediately after IC she went to the 31st century, but she apparently spent at least part of the missing year around Metropolis (Clark signalling her with his watch at the beginning of "Up, Up and Away" seems to have been somewhat routine at that point). We'll learn more about what she was doing in Supergirl #9.

Well we see her taking a Zeta Beam someplace other then everyone else in space, and we haven't seen her yet in 52 so I think it is safe to assume she isn't back just yet.

Dinah mentioned in BOP #96 that she had been there for a whole year.
That was Huntress that said it(unless I missed the line), and the line was "You've been eating nothing but salads and twigs for a year"(or something very close). That doesn't mean she was in the place we saw her during that arc for that year(especially since we see her arrive without any indication of it being a flashback). She either could have been travelling around for the year ending finally in wherever she ended up, or it could have been a joke about the weird diets that Shiva was making Black Canary do.

But New Chronus is still her base of operations.
