I don't really think these are spoilers at this point and I don't remember if this was adressed... but is Jen going to continue to side with Tony, Reed, ect after she finds out what they decided to do with her cousin? I think she would be the last person to want the Hulk shipped off into the middle of nowhere and that was really the opening salvo to getting rid of the more dangerous superheroes (Which Stark pretty much summed up in Civil War 2 to being one of the goals of the acts).

Just wondering if this information would trigger her to change sides.. hopefully it might at least be adressed

Well technically Jen is Against the Registration act. Its her She-Hulk side that is for the act.

That's a really good question. I hope to see that addressed in the She-Hulk book during Civil War. There are also a couple of things I would like to see in the book.

* Could Jen turn into the She-Hulk, be She-Hulk without being a super-hero as an option to get around the SHRA? Not that I would want to see her not being a super-hero. I'm only wondering if being strong and having a different skin color - and not fight criminals - would be enough to automatically qualify her for registration. I think there is an intersting civil rights issue there.

* Now that S.H.I.E.L.D. and the US government is taking responsibility for the training of all super-heroes, that makes them responsible and potentially liable for any loss of life and destruction of property that results from incidents involving super-heroes. I would love to see Jen slam Maria Hill, S.H.I.E.L.D. and the government with lawsuits every time that happens.

From what I can tell, there's only going to be the one issue of She-Hulk that ties in with Civil War, which came and went, so we won't have a chance to see these issues play out (in her book, at least).

As for if she could evade the act, it's the Super-Human Regristration Act, not Super-Hero, so anyone with powers will have to register, from mutants to Jen Walters.

Is it really? I had the impression that super-heroes had a choice to stop being super-heroes to avoid registration. Now, if that is true, it should create even trickier civil rights issues. Do people with prosthetics have to register? If you are not interested in fighting crime, do you have to be trained by S.H.I.E.L.D. anyway? Are they going to register gods (Hercules, Ares, Thor when he comes back) and not issue a warrant for Jesus in absence? If mutants are the future of the human race (even if the current number of mutants is diminished) does that mean that human evolution should come with government registration?

I really wish they gave it their best shot at addressing the consequences of the Act.

I thought Jen Might question the Hulk's dissaperance since Tony mention the last Hulk rampage during the Tie-in ?

Hopefully she'll look into it when she is after the Hulk's villains. :D

As we see in Planet Hulk, Hulk is actually happy on that other world though. He could have gone home with the Silver Surfer, but chose not to. I think the Illuminati gave the Hulk what he really wanted.

Which is fine for the Hulk... but Jen/SheHulk wouldn't know that (Surfer being wrapped up in Annihilation, I doubt he delivered the news to the others "Hey, you guys... when you sent Hulk off, well he ended up on some gladitorial planet, but hey... he loves it. Don't worry, when he comes back he's only going to hurt you a little!")

Just think it would be an interesting twist if she discovered who was behind her cousin's departure; For the most part, those who have sided with the Resistance played no part in the Illuminati (thus far)

Yeah, Namor is so going to come in and thrash those pro-reg thugs for the resistance.

naw i didnt see it that way.. i see it as Hulk wants to go home but stayed out of loyalty for the people that helped him once he got there, he has never been one to quit something once he has started it especially if he hates the people hes going against.. after its all said and done and he finished his business there hes gonna want to return hes just now focused on the business at hand... as for she hulk, i dont think she knows.. i never seen anywhere where they made it public what they did and not like she keeps track of hulk at all times. her hulk side probably turn once she finds that much out
