WOO HOO! Been waiting and it is getting impossible. This will hold me over until they come out next week.

Is there a break between Chronicles 1, #8 and Chronicles 2, #1? Or is it set up for next month?

Nothing, they will be good............but as they're not published yet I have to leave a little something open...but you people wouldn't dare to screw it up. ;)

I don't mean to be inflammatory but...Dungeons and Dragons was made to play.

All of the books are horribly written. The comics are even worse.

Unless the project involves Maztica and is written by me, I doubt you'll get me to buy one.

Feed me some more of this comic book crap then :). I'm not familiar with the books.

C'mon Nolan, you've read all the books and comics and disliked them all? :p

I've actually read the books and, in my informed opinion, the Salvatore books are excellent as are the first two Dragonlance trilogy's.

As are the DDP adaptations.

If you haven't actually given them a try, maybe you should. Then you can tell us what you really think. :D

Lets see what I remember reading.

The first two Dark Elf books.

The first Maztica book.

One od the Dragonlance books.

One of the Mystara books.

I've played quite a bit in my younger years.

I've probably read through about 1/4 of the rulebooks that are out there. mostly second edition stuff, though i've read the early 1st edition stuff with demons.

The Forgotten Realms grand tour comic tht came with the game in the mid 90s.

A few other assorted comics.

And I thought they were mostly not that great. But I'm a very cynical and demanding genre reader.

Trust me, give me 12 issues, the world of Maztica and a decent amount of freedom (which I'll get because honestly no one cares about the world, it hasnt even been converted to the D20 system) and I will blow your minds.
