is it just me, or did this issue feel like a random jumble of subplots? it didnt really have a clear beginning, end, or cohesive plot.
things are just happening. i mean, its still really good. and pretty funny. but the last page just didnt feel like a last page.
i'm probably crazy. anyone else share my opinion, though?

I love Battle Pope but c'mon, what were you expecting? Its a zany comedy book where you are supposed to see the Pope in silly and blasphemous situations and laugh.
Battle Pope 5 achieved that.

I'll give you that the last page didn't feel like a last page. But it's still awesome.

yeah, this series is a good time. i hope Kirkman writes new stories after the old issues have all been redone with color.
he said once that he has new stories to tell, if people would actually buy the series, but it seems to be selling really well.

The end of issue five wasn't originally the end of an issue, that's why.
It was originally the middle of Battle Pope Shorts #1.
