I second this recommendation. Manhunter is my second-favorite book (right behind JSA) from DC and one of my top five overall. It's easily got the best characterization of any book on the stands right now. Everyone should be reading this book.

I've been on board for the last 4 months and have since gone out and grabbed all the back issues from the recommendation of posters here. This book is terrific.

Love the overhead pic of Kate and the villains. :cool:

I love this series as well. It, along with Firestorm, is one of the most underappreciated series out there right now.

What's up with Dylan giving Chase the hot beef injection? I figured he would have been Obsidian's new boy toy 1YL.

Yeah, they are. I've been reading (and loving) Manhunter from issue 1, but I just started picking up Firestorm with the Animal Man appearance and I'm enjoying it a lot more than I ever did when Ronnie was Firestorm.

from what the preview actually showed... I wasn't surprised by anything.

I gotta say, "Aw crap, it's Manhunter" would be a pretty good entrance line for Kate.:D
