definately impressed w/ Mr. Dixon & Mr. Manhke's 1st issue this passed week. after both the demise of WILDCATS, STORMWATCH, and a rather luke warm rendition of The Authority by Brubaker (sorry Bru! I still love you!) I've been reluctant on buying any old Wildstorm revamps... But I gotta tell you, it was one hell of a lead in for next months book. And when I read the names Grifter & Backlash in the preview for next months, I almost ____ myself... That's a problem I'm working on... Well, anyone else read this book? What did you think of it? ____ WILDCATS NEMISIS by the way!!!

eh, nothing we haven't seen before. Mahnke does a better job on BATMAN, imo.

Disappointed that Dixon wrote such a cliched story. Guess his best days are behind him... :(

don' t think the real ____ is gonna start until issue 2 - but ____in' A - Grifter & Backlash - together, again!!! what more d'you need... Mahnke does do a kick ass job on BATMAN too...

It's not Cole Cash/Grifter... it's someone else with the same name... in fact, the only character that has ever appeared before in a WSU book is Marc Slayton... everyone else, no matter their codenames here, are totally new characters...

I liked it a lot. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Dixon does in future issues.

Wildcats: Nemesis- I love the art. Its just very good. Sort of a Jim Lee flavor, but better I think.

Yeah, I actually picked up Team zero.....really liked it too.
And I picked up Nemesis too, wasn't planning on it, but after I read Jim Lee would return to the title with Morrison writing I thought to get a little into it with Nemesis.

Anything with Wildstorm, I would be very hesitant to think about waiting on a trade right now... DC has been very VERY stingey with trades for WSU books in the past few years... I expect Capatin Atom and Nemesis to get trade treatment, but I dont hold high hopes for Team Zero... guess sales will determine it
