Hey now wheres the "Buy books that Knightmaresbane buys" thread?

Oh right if we did that everybody would be broke and no one could afford the internet, and Newsarama would crumble.

Yeah he's the jerk that made me buy all 4 Apparat tiles when I originally only wanted one. DAMN YOU!!! ;) ;) ;) ;) :p :p

But darn it if you stood pat on your refusal to buy that GrimJack miniseries, and I really tried to convince you it was da schnitz.

But, yeah, you surely can't go wrong buying what KMB buys.

Nobody can afford KMBs list. But I agree that thingy's comic advice is 100% sound.

And, continuing along these lines, when Kristin threatens to smack ya around if ya don't buy this or that indie comic, better pay heed. I hear she has some pretty scary connections ... as if she'd need to call in a favor, since she's quite capable of dishing it out herself.

Um, let me put it another way: Kristin dishes out reliable advice.

You guys are so sweet, but I have bad news. I have to dramatically cut back my comic book consumption. I'm selling several runs on eBay and cutting down to only 30-40 per month. Hopefully, this will only be until I graduate from law school and start making fat bank (that's a joke: I don't want to work for a law firm, only a regular company - maybe a construction company)

Have you already listed? Maybe you could post or email what you're selling. I'm sure some people here would be interested.

Nah, I've already listed some of it on eBay. I'm only doing 5 or 6 things at a time so it's not so hectic. Right now I'm selling a full run of Nightwing, the Goon, Fables Dogwitch, and one other thing I can't think of off the top of my head. Basically, I'm selling books that I know I can get in trade format (or just don't care about anymore, in the case of Nightwing), but which will bring in some cash.

Or at least, MORE of one! :p

Seriously, I do admire your list every week (ditto thingone and Kristin) though all the envy it causes to swell up in me is really bad for my health!
