View Full Version : Ultimate Spider-Man dating Kitty Pride

I scoured the Marvel threads and I don't think I found anything on this subject. When I read Ultimate Spider-Man Annual #1 I thought it was awesome! I think MJ and Peter are great in the regulare Marvel U but I think that the Ultimate U should really do something different. And as a USM and UXM fan I think that Pete Datting Kitty has some really cool possibilities. I'm not saying that Kitty should be a sidekick of sorts but they could run into situations where they could both use each other's powers.

That's one of the main reasons why Peter searched her out. She can take care of herself where as MJ really can't. His love will always be MJ but Peter's just too afraid to be around her.

only problem is that Kitty is out (she was even googled!), so is she going to date spidey, or peter parker!?

In the last letters page they mentioned that right after the current story with Moon Knight and Black Cat and all them that Pete and Kitty will be together in USM.

USM Annual was one of the best comics this year. I think the whole Kitty thing, along with a couple of other factors, is really going to revitalise this book next year. Can't wait to see Bendis properly back on form on it.

This is going to sound silly, but if it was Ultimate Spider-Man dating a young 616 Kitty, I'd be happy. But Ultimate Kitty is too whiney for my taste. And she looks like Strawberry Shortcake. I like the original Kitty bettah.

I think that's a great idea, but then Spidey owuld have to deal with 616 Colossus, and I don't know if he's ready for that. Maybe now that she has a cute boyfriend she won't complain so much!
