So who wants to give some props to Stroman and Johnson?

I gave this book a fair shot but Larry Stroman, never finished a complete arc, If it did I never saw it.

One the my personal favorite classic Image book was Shaman's Tears by Mike Grell that only lasted 11 issues. It had so much potential like alot of Image books those days, but I was still happy with what little I did read.

I would love to see more Shaman's Tears if not by Grell, some other creators take a stab at it.

Yeah, the first (and only) arc was finished. It was four issues but it went through 3 different publishers before finishing! Strangely, the Savage Dragon made a cameo and in it he was teleported out to the middle of a field and was naked and amnesiac. Yes, exactly how he first appeared way back in Savage Dragon #1. Crazy.

The book was a lot of fun and Stroman's art was always a treat. It just had the worst publishing history of any four issue book ever. EVER!

Tribes was promising, nothing more. It's one of the biggest trainwrecks in comics given its history, so ultimately not really memorable......what a waste.

Shaman's tears.......not 11, it was 0 - 12 and kind of tied in was the Bar sinister 4 issue series published by Valiant/Acclaim....the Windjammer imprint to be exact.

Whatever happened to Larry Stroman?

I loved his work on Alien Legion and X-Factor...
