Desolation Jones...trade?

i picked up the first issue of Desolation Jones yesterday...it was really good, but i don't think i'm gonna be getting it in monthlies...is there any word on a trade coming out?

It will be a while. As Ellis has said himself, it'll be a year after the book started (6 months or so from now I think) untill the first story finishes, then it'll be another 6 months or so untill DC release a trade (if they do) so it'll be another year I'd say untill we see a Desolation Jones vol.1

I haven't heard of anything but judging on the books bi-monthly schedule it won't be for a long while.

Its really worth it to pick it up in trades.

The thing is, if you wait for the trade, it may be "too late" to support the book. As is, there is one arc planned. if sales are good, then there will be another arc. So buy now and sell/trade the issues when the trade comes out!

The issues have been really good and the art has been great. Personally I think it's just worth picking up the back issues and just collecting it every other month. I mean it's bi-monthly so it's not really a big investment.

I agree. It's a great piece of work by Ellis.
