I've always loved Tokyopop, because it was the first to really take a chance with female readers, and to try some new and innovative formats. They're also putting out some GREAT OEL manga, too, including Off*Beat, Steady Beat, and DramaCon.
But DelRey also has some great stuff like Othello, and DMP has ALLL that wonderful yaoi. ^_^ But the company I'm really rooting for is GoComi! which has some really interesting ideas for the future of manga licensing and translation. Plus, I have a feeling it's going to be an underdog in this poll, so I ended up voting GoComi!.
Which is your favorite publisher?

I had to vote for Tokyopop, too.
I don't buy much manga. In fact, I've bought only two volumes: Ray from ADV and War of Flesh by Tokyopop. Now, there might be some debate as to the manganess of War on Flesh, since it's done by non-Asians and reads left to right. But, it's packaged in the manga size and published by Tokyopop, so it's manga as far as I'm concerned. I thought Ray Vol. 1 was OK, but I wasn't compelled to buy Vol. 2. However, I liked War on Flesh a great deal and plan to buy the next volume when it's released.
I've also preordered Tokyopop's A Midnight Opera, due later this month.

I voted Dark Horse because most of the manga I'm currently reading is being published by them. Akira, Blade of the Immortal, Lone Wolf & Cub, Hellsing, and some other stuff I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting are all kickass. I also read stuff from TokyoPop and Viz, and I know I recently got something by Del Ray, but I can't seem to remember what it was. I don't even know where I put the darn thing. Weird, huh?

Voted for Tokyopop.
I only read one manga which is Battle Royale.
I've read my nephew's Naruto manga which are really good too. So, an honorable mention to Shonen Jump.

Lone Wolf and Cub gets Dark Horse my vote, with Viz as a close second. This is a pretty tough question though. For my money, Dark Horse and Viz have the best titles, but even though I only get a few Tokyopop ones (Blame!, Beck and FLCL), you have to give them major props for getting manga in the bookstore market and bringing comics to a new female readership. Anyway you look at it, it's a good time to be a manga reader! :)

I'd go for Viz.
The low priced Shonen Jump titles are great.
And i love Bleach.
Full metal Alchemist and Naruto too...^^
Then i'd go for Dark Horse,
pricey, but they've got some great titles.
Trigun, Trigun: Maximum, Appleseed, GitS 1 and 2:MMI, and Seraphic Feather...*drool*
Tokypop as strong third:
many titles, but all that american manga, jegh...
the artwork's okay, but don't call it manga, kay....

Overall I'd go with Tokyopop (Love Hina, Battle Royale, Parasyte). Though Viz is good too (Fullmetal Alchemist, Nausicca). Also a shout out to Dark Horse for Akira. The artwork isn't a sharp as it can be (maybe it's the quality of the paper), and it isn't unflipped, but it's one of the best manga collections in my opinion. Great design too. Also I collect Berserk.

I think it's funny how different this poll has turned out than polls on manga sites... There, Viz or Del Rey would be the leader by a looooong shot, leaving Tokyopop far behind. (TP has a bad rep with the hardcores. ^_^)
KMB: I haven't read DramaCon yet, just the preview chapters. But it looks really fun. I'm liking a lot of TP's OEL stuff this time around!
