Not my cup of tea, but that's some great art work.

Artwork does look pleasing. I'm curious though, isn't this being published under CGE banner not Image?

from the people that brought you Mer-Man!

It just seems so funny for these characters to get their own one-shots. The overviews of the stories make them sound very fitting, still it just seems very funny. I mean the idea of Beast Man and Trap-Jaw getting their own books is just weird.

Does anyone know if these are within the cartoon's continuity or not?

Robert and Tony sitting in a tree, K-i-s-s-i-n-g, first comes collaborating at Penciljack.com, then comes working at image, then comes....I'll shut up now. This looks cool, I might buy it when it comes out.

And I'm all about this series. It's gonna be awesome! :D

Personally, I'm looking forward to Trap Jaw the most (as if I haven't said that enough already LOL).

And as much I love the spotlight on the villains, I think a series like this for the heroes would be great, too. Man At Arms, Stratos, Buzz Off and Ram Man would all be excellent choices for one-shots :)

This has nothing to do with comics, but...

Was it just me, or was Moss Man the worlds grossest action figure? Seriously, the figure was the mold of Beast Man, only his body was covered in a green moss. It looked like someone forgot their Beast Man action figure outside in their back yard for 3 years in the shade next to a tree. Way gross.

Ok, I'll crawl back in my action figure hole now.

You'll find this interesing, too...Mattel is redoing that Moss Man figure for today's fans and collectors, as well. They did a special month long promotion where if you bought three MOTU figures and sent in the receipt, you will get an exclusive Moss Man figure that is done ala the original but using the new molds. It's a green flocked Beast Man figure! It actually looks pretty cool and I'm looking forward to getting mine. And in case anyone is wondering, Mattel plans on doing a more faitful version of Moss Man next year, to better resemble his new look on the current animated series.
