Maybe Darkseid is the true culprit behind the crime bible and the four horsemen that veronica cale has implanted in her.

I changed my mind. It will be The Spectre. Was the 3 issue mini from a year ago any good? I loved The Spectre when it was Jim Corrigan but not Hal Jordan... haven't decided if Crispus Allen is a worthy replacement yet.

I liked it. But I'm a little iffy on Crispus Allen being so seperate from the Spectre. It's not so much that he is th Spectre as that he tags along with the Spectre and occasionally they merge. Like the kid and the robot from Fooly Cooly.

But that mini also seemed like a transitional story since Crispus is still coming to terms with what the job means. The status quo for the Spectre could still change.

Final Crisis is a line wide crossover with only two support series(3 if you count Rogues Revenge), why would they spend an entire mini on just one character? Especially when the whole religion of crime seems to play into FC so much. I think IF Rucka is writing a support series for Final Crisis, it will be about the Crime Bible. Still, that doesn't mean Spectre couldn't show up, I'm still waiting for the former Detectives(Montoya and Allen) to see what the other has become.

Yeah, given that he is going to be working on DC Universe 0, I would expect him to be doing the art on the last tie in.
