My Rating B

I just love this West Wing approach to Iron Man and Tony Stark. It may not be for every one, but if you follow politics at all you will probably dig this book. This is a set up issue that starts with Tony getting sworn in as Secretary of Defense and leads in to his first cabinet meetings. It also sets up his next major adversaries. One in Iraq and one at home. :)

this book is going down hill fast

the premise is cool, the execution horrid

the fill in art in the last issue was highschool kid equivalent and the only shot of Iron Man was a busted helmet

The rate this book is going (no action) it is going to be tagged MK and moved to that line

it already is 2.99

The only thing that kicks ass... the COVERS

amazing covers

I really think this book is floundering trying to find itself.. I thought this angle was going to be good but so far it has disappointed me.

I hope the new team that is coming on can fix it

I think that JJ Miller has been doing a far better job with Iron Man than anyone has in a long time. Sure it's been very short on Iron Man action but the book is supposed to be just as much about Tony as IM.

I like the angle they are persuing with the secretary of defense but it obviously isn't going to be fully explored. It's a shame because I thought IM and Thor are being done as good as they have been in a long time and Marvel decided they need to be reloaded:(

i enjoyed this issue but not as much as the last arc, i thought there was way too much setup in thisissue. hopefully it will get better from here on in.
