After reading the front article about Dr. Fate sharing a title. It sparked an idea, what if DC revived say Adventure Comics, or House of Mystery featuring B or C characters in split stories in each title.
I would love to see Manhunter and the Question or maybe Plastic Man and Ralph & Sue Ghost Detectives in House of Mystery.
Anyone else have ideas for a compelling split book?

I like the idea, seems like a good way to keep more characters who probably couldn't sustain their own books in play.

I've long thought that getting rid of the anthologies was a bad idea. I'd love to see a return with perhaps a split, instead of a rotation like JSA Classified.
Adventure Comics
All-Star Comics
All-American Comics
All-Flash Comics
Sensation Comics
World's Finest
etc.
That might be corny names now, but they'll sound cool again at some point. Just like Beast Boy went from Changeling back to Beast Boy.
Having ones where the characters are some how related would be very good, I think.
Batwoman and The Question in a title together. Dr Fate with The Spectre or perhaps another mystical character. Just some thought of mine.

Adventure Comics is LONG overdue for it's comeback. I would have liked to see All-Star Comics come back as well and I'd love it if they'd change Superman/Batman over to World's Finest.
Maybe that's why the books called Countdown to Adventure and Countdown to Mystery are called that. They're literally counting down to new Adventure and Mystery books.
They do take Trademark law seriously enough to reuse old titles now and then. Bob Wayne said so in some recent article, even.

Sounds like a cool idea to me.

I'd still rather have the titles I mentioned. Those are good, but...............:(

I posted last year about making Action and Detective split books. They would probably last longer in that format than a new Adventure or House of Mystery series.

I think DC's testing the waters right now, with no firm plan.
