I've been asked to bring an excerpt from a book by an author that inspires me, and since Joss Whedon is one of my all-time writing heroes I want to take in a bit from Astonshing X-Men. I've chosen the end of issue 2, where the X-Men discuss the cure (from page 15, first panel "The kids are freaking out."), since it's well-written and doesn't really need too much outside knowledge to understand. I've checked round the usual 'backup' sites for a copy I could print out, but I can't find anything. Can anyone help me out?

Why don't you just bring in your copy? I don't understand.

Or take your issue to Kinkos, have them color copy it, blow it up, and/or put it on a CD if that's what you need ....

You can scan or have your copy scanned. Or you can get scans off the net, it is dead easy. It can be found on most of the p2p networks.

What the others said.
Scan and print it yourself, pay to have it scanned and printed, make photocopies, take your copy in or, if you don't want anyone handling it, buy a new copy for show and tell.
Is this really why the price of comics is steadily and quickly going to go up? -As in time to jack the prices up now before the break off point. That technological point will quickly arrive when the device becomes easily available for magazines and our bootlegged issues to be conveniently read
-like some kind of esily tote'able nice fold'able light weight thinkpad, something you do not have to wait to bootup and open an application with...We already can scan/bootleg the pages but most laptops are still too 'cumbersome'.
...For a different thread?
