I have been reading this since #1 at Speakeasy and I want to know when #8 is coming out. I can't even remember when #7 came out.

I have it on good authority that we should see #8 by late this fall / winter. Sal and Dabb are working to have a stock of "done" issues so that there is no significant delay for the rest of the series. Just wanted to share the little bit of knowledge I have!

Well, so much for the theory here in this thread. 8 has been out for a while now and 9 isn't anywhere to be seen. It came out rather consistantly in the beginning...why such horrid lateness now?

How long was this initially to run, issue-wise? I'm just hoping it finishes at this point, considering the investment of my time in the product. Great book, but it has to have lost readers with this schedule.

well aside from love and the mysteries of life...If you go to a comic convention where Mercury Comics has a booth, you can pick up a copy of #8. I picked mine up at Wondercon this year. Sal is a super nice guy and signed my stuff and chatted with me for a while. I asked him about when the direct market would get their and he said that when they had all the issues done they were going to go through Diamond and solict them. Just keep your eyes peeled for it.
