Did The Question and Blue Beetle meet at Charleton?

I know the two characters shared the Ted Kord Blue Beetle's title for five issue, but did the two characters actually ever team-up at any point during the Charleton days?

I always associate the two together because of their first appearances on "Earth 4" in Crisis, The Questions subsequent debut in Blue Beetle's DC title and of course the team of Nite-Owl and Rorscach. I'm starting to suspect that other than sharing Ditko as a creator, did they really have all that much in common in the earliest days of their careers in the sixties?

I don't remember the exact issues but I do seem to remember them meeting. I used to have some of the old Charlton Blue Beetle & Captain Atom books. Is anyone else out there old enough to back me up on this?

There was an issue of Charleton Bullseye (I believe the title was) that came out in the 70s where they met. It wasn't by Ditko, I think Giordano had a hand in it though I could be mistaken. I remember it not being nearly as cool as I'd wanted it to be though I read this back when I was 10 years old or so (the Wein BB series had me buying all the old stuff that I could find in the 40 cent box).

So Beetle and Question never actually teamed up together in the original five issue Ditko run published by Charleton in the sixties?
