Now first let me start off with, man have I enjoyed this for the most part.
But heres my complaint, I understand for the most part they are trying to focus on one apartment building or whatever, that being said they are in Gotham, have been the whole time. The FIRST PERSON THAT SHOULD HAVE HAD JUSTICE SERVED IS THE JOKER. Second Two Face, ETC!
I find it really really hard to believe here that a character that is all about serving justice hasnt gone after one of the biggest mass murders of all time (DCU wise that is if this was a marvel book he prolly woulda served speedball a new one.....just kidding folks....nothing brings out the posters like some old fashioned speedball jokes)
Its just one of those things that at this point with his current mission it seems like either a the character cant exist or no super villains can exist because you would think he would wipe them out the first time they nuked something etc.
