Never read it, but I remember the ads...

If I remember the first arc dealt with Tinemen Square. It was a bit ahead of its time. Not a superhero title but was set in the DC Universe. I vaguely remember a green lantern appearing. I saw a few issues while organizing my boxes. If I find them again, i browse thru it

edit. 5 minutes later after reading the wiki. Wow I feel old now. One of my buds, who wasnt a superhero fan, was a fan of this comic too.
