I'll play, but I don't think the movie should be about Superman and Batman. Maybe give them a cameo, but they are franchises by themselves and any movie with them in it becomes about them. I also won't include Wonder Woman or the Flash since those projects seem to still be going forward quickly.

I think you have to use Hal as at least the first GL and I think Fox would be perfect.

J’onn J’onzz/The Martian Manhunter played by various people?
I wouldn't want any sort of a suit, so his powers and true appearance would be cgi, and I would also like him to using his shapeshifting powers to assume several different human forms thru-out the film. However I'd like his voice and most frequent form to be Kevin Kline, someone to be funny, brooding, dramatic and awkward all at the same time.

The Atom/Ray Palmer played by Adam Brody
He'd be the youngest and very much a geek and the "uncool" one of the group. In fact I'd like to see him not really come around to the fact that he can or will be a member of the group and a "superhero" until the very end of the film.

Red Tornado played by Dominic Purcell
His costume would stay basically the same, just slight modified like no pirate boots or cape. He would'nt take his mask off until films end to show he was wearing a suit at all, and he starts of the film as a villain but evolves and fights thru his programing to help the League in the end.

Black Lightning/Jefferson Pierce played by Taye Diggs
No funky disco outfit, in fact much like Palmer at first he is just along for the ride and unsure about having powers much less being a "superhero".

Zatanna played by Cobie Smulders
She'd be in the classic top hat magician's outfit and like Atom and Lightning gets kind of caught up in things and would be using her powers for the first time as a hero.

As for villians, Professor Ivo and T.O. Morrow will be playing the dueling mad scientist cards, but I am not sure of the casting. They'd be a part of the same lab as Ray Palmer and where Jefferson Pierce is coming to seek help for his abilites that he sees as a problem and where Jonn comes to do research under an alias. All 3 of these heroes to be stumble upon some of the misdoings of the scientists and get swept up in their plots.

Black Canary, Green Arrow and Zatanna enter the story in Vegas where Red Tornado interrupts a casino performace by Z. Canary and Arrow are both seperately chasing a bail jumper at the time; Ollie because he put him in jail the first time and Canary because it is her job at the time. GL would then enter the fray as the events at the casino really hits the fan and the local Air Force base he flys out of is alerted. The somewhat combined efforts of GL, GA, BC and Z end the immediate threat but cannot capture Red Tornado. They somewhat half-heartedly choose to track him together.

Back at the lab, the evil duo try to use Tornado and Black Lightning against the group of heroes. But the addition of Jonn and Ray Palmer help release the 2 from their control and the heroes get things under control. But the villains escape to another secret lab as the heroes regroup and officially team-up to track them down and bring them to justice. But once tracking them down at their larger base they discover that Red Tornado was just the warm up and they'll have to face a much larger and more powerful threat Amazo!
