I REALLY love them, but if Alex Ross ever does check these boards, I have this to say to him
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE RE-MAKE THE FLASH!!!! HE CANNOT STAND RIGHT! THE RUNNING POSE WAS A HORRID IDEA!!!
Other then that, I have them and have been collecting all the good guys.

I have a bunch of them and the Flash one is horrible. It has fallen off my desk about a gillion times.

Red Tornado! Does he come with his special "fall apart" action feature? ;)
In all honesty, this is the first release I haven't been looking forward to; none of the figures look too good to me in the photos. I am looking forward to the next release with Hawkgirl, Scarecrow, etc.; but I hate that we've already started into the "armor variants" of the League. I would much rather the variety continue as it has.
And by the way, what happened to Captain Cold? Did that one ever come out?

I bought the Joker one a while back. It's just so damned classy.

I know, same thing here, in fact my Flash has a dent in his head. :(
Ross really has to hear about these somehow, I seriously love his figs, but that one needs a do-over.

DC Direct really needs to make Captain Cold and Gorilla Grodd... :(
And luckily, I was somehow able to achieve some sort of "zen balance" with my Flash figure, and he hasn't fallen off my shelf in months... :)

Don't think there's been a Capt. Cold yet.
I was dissapointed in the Black Adam one I got a while back - he has this weird head tilt thing going on. And the Joker has this purple gunk around his eyes... looks great in the comic, but in figure form not really.
Other than that these Ross figures have been awesome!

So did anybody pick any of these up today? I got Red Tornado (had it pre-ordered), but he won't stand up worth a darn and his 'yellow' band around his neck just looks all gibbled.  (on the solicitation pic it was red  )
A little dissapointing, considering I've been waiting for a nice RT figure for ages. Anybody else notice this?

It's a friggin awesome figure. I think it should have been a statue. Though as a toy, it still looks great and is cheaper!

Picked up the Green Arrow.
On a side note - Superman wouldn't stand up straight without tipping forward for more than 20 seconds after I straightened him out and finally had to resort to using Superglue on his joints to keep him straight.
Zatanna - man, what a nightmare. I love Zatanna but I couldn't do a damn thing to fit her on her base much less make her stand normally. Once again - Superglue fixed the problem. I had to glue her to her base as well with a few small drops under her feet. Oh and I had to Superglue her wand to her hand.
Then I sniffed the rest.

i know even though the marvel legends figures looked messed up at least most of them are good quality and stand on there own these figures on the other hand well lets put it this way i got a hawkgirl figure and her wings dont fit in her back i had to deepen the holes and make them bigger and then one of the wings tips broke while i was trying to get it in

If I ever took a figure out of its packaging, my wife would divorce me.
She cries a little bit every time the kids rip into an action figure's packaging . . . sometimes she buys 2 figures, one for them to play with and one for her to cradle MIB.

Yeah, I picked up Lex Luthor and Brainiac after work today. They gotta come out of the box!
How'd you like to be stuck in a box behind some smelly plastic your whole life?
